Dell stops making netbooks and will focus on ultrabooks
Netbooks are over, at least for Dell. The company, which is one of the largest computer manufacturers in the world, has put an end to the production of netbooks and from now on will focus on ultrabooks.
The truth is that it seemed a bit unavoidable because nowadays these small laptops have much competition in the market as more people prefer to purchase a tablet instead of a netbook, and it seems that the real murderer of the latter was undoubtedly the iPad from Apple.
Now we have to get ready for the 2012 because the year is the best in portable technology hit the market, and will ultrabooks as, but not only from Dell, but many manufacturers. via
